Aliyev’s reelection means that border provocations will continue – analyst
Nothing new happened at the Azeri presidential elections and they did not surprise the world, political scientist Sergey Shakaryants told reporters on Wednesday.
Regarding the impact of the elections on the Karabakh conflict, Shakaryants noted that Aliyev’s reelection means that provocations will continue on Armenia-Azerbaijan border.
“We will have to tolerate those provocations. Our response does not calm down Azerbaijan. It means that Aliyev’s family has got a good blackmail method not against us but against its neighboring states,” the political scientist said.
