Azeri forces open fire on cars in Armenia’s Tavush
Today, at about 13:00-14:00, Azeri forces opened fire on cars driving by Berd-Ijevan road, in Paravakar section, in Armenia’s Tavush province, the Armenian Defense Ministry’s press service reported.
Armenian soldier Garik Poghosyan, 19, who was in an army vehicle, was killed by the gunfire. Three soldiers were wounded. They are Arthur Andranikyan, Arayik Zhamharyan and Martin Petrosyan, all aged 19.
The incident was reported to the Office of Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk.
