Armenian President attends Supreme Eurasian Economic Council meeting
Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan attended the meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council in Minsk on Thursday with the participation of the Presidents of Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Ukraine, the presidential press service reported.
Three documents on the preparation for Armenia’s entry into the Customs Union and the Common Economic Space were discussed and endorsed at the meeting. They are a draft decision on Armenia’s entry into the Customs Union and the Common Economic Space, a declaration on Armenia’s participation in the Eurasian integration process and a memorandum on deepening cooperation between the Eurasian Economic Commission and Armenia.
