2014 draft budget is realistic - Gagik Makaryan
The 2014 budget increased by only AMD 34bn compared to the previous one. The next difference is that the deficit will increase by AMD 5.5bn. The third difference is that the government announced the increase of the earnings without unnecessary bureaucratization. This is very important for us and I believe that it will be done through the reduction of the shadow sector, chairman of the Republican Union of Employers of Armenia Gagik Makaryan told reporters.
Asked if the 2014 draft budget can be called realistic, Makaryan said that he does not see a great risk and that the budget can really be realistic.
Meanwhile, Makaryan said that the condition of small business keeps worsening.
“Irrespective of all statements, the level of corruption and the conditions of equal competition remain unchanged,” he said.
