Armenian FM, EU Special Representative discuss Armenia-EU relations
Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian met with Philippe Lefort, the EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia, on October 29.
The parties discussed Armenia-EU relations and the regional situation.
The EU Special Representative presented the Armenian FM with the results of his visit to Baku.
Minister Nalbandian drew the EU Special Representative’s attention to Azerbaijan’s militaristic rhetoric and provocations. Philippe Lefort reaffirmed the support of the EU to the efforts of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs towards the peaceful resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, the Armenian Foreign Ministry’s press service said.
