Navasardyan: Civil society helps state by showing real level of reforms
Popular diplomacy may be useful in case the positions of the sides of the Armenian-Azeri conflict are directed to solution of the problems, chairman of Yerevan Press Club Boris Navasardyan told a news conference in Yerevan, while commenting on role of NGOs in popular diplomacy.
Navasardyan noted that NGOs are often accused of “taking the garbage out of the country" to the international arena.
“Yet, civil society helps the state raise the efficiency of reforms by showing the real level of the reforms,” he said.
