Sharmazanov: Turkey must realize that the ball is in its court
I think it was another bluff by Ankara. Nevertheless, if Ankara really wishes the level of distrust to be reduced, it must realize that the ball is in its court, deputy speaker of Armenian parliament Edward Sharmazanov said, while commenting on Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu’s statement that Armenia’s lack of confidence regarding Turkey must be overcome.
Sharmazanov noted that in order to overcome the lack of distrust, Turkey should end Armenia’s blockade, stop interfering in the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and end the denial of the Armenian Genocide.
