Presidents of two Armenian states attend military maneuvers in Artsakh
On November 14, Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan and President Serzh Sargsyan of the Republic of Armenia were present at military maneuvers of the Defense Army's units in the central and southern parts of Nagorno-Karabakh.
The Presidents also attended a launching ceremony of new military and communal facilities in one of the military units, as well as watched trainings of the servicemen.
President Sahakyan highlighted the importance of having infrastructures corresponding to modern standards in the army as one of the necessary conditions for effective organization of the service, reported the Central Information Department at the Artsakh President’s Office.
