Margaryan: Boycott of special session by parliament majority causes laughter
The RPA did not participate in the special session of parliament because they have no arguments to prove the opposite, member of Prosperous Armenia Party’s parliamentary faction Stepan Margaryan told reporters in parliament.
The special session of Armenian parliament convened for the discussion of the postponement for a year of the introduction of compulsory accumulative pension system did not take place due to no quorum. The session was convened on the initiative of the parliamentary factions of Prosperous Armenia Party, Armenian National Congress, Heritage and ARF Dashnaktsutyun.
Such move of the parliament majority causes laughter, Margaryan said.
“We are convinced that the bill on accumulative pension system will not lead to progress. However, they have no arguments to prove the opposite,” he said.
