Artsakh War & World War II Memorial inaugurated in Martuni region, NKR
Today Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan visited Hatsi village of Martuni region and attended the inauguration of a memorial dedicated to the martyrs of the Artsakh Liberation War and World War II.
The President thanked all those who participated in the construction of the memorial and stressed the importance of having such memorials in honor of our martyrs who perished for the sake of freedom and independence for patriotic upbringing of the younger generation, preservation of national values and historical memory.
NKR National Assembly speaker Ashot Ghulyan and other officials were also present at the event, reported the Central Information Department at the Artsakh President’s Office.
