The police officers in Baku forbid a wandering musician to sing in the city center and demanded him to leave the place. Editorial of the Azerbaijani portal "Minval.az" received a video  filmed in the center of Baku in a park near the "Sahil" metro station.

The video presents a foreign vagrant musician, who is spreading his stuffs near the fountain and sings, in the same time playing a musical instrument. The curious crowd, mainly passers-by, surrounded him and threw him money. Suddenly the police officers appeared and demanded him to leave the place. The musician tried to protest, but then the police officer threatened him saying that he will sing in another place if he did not disappear at that moment.

Portal notes that the street singing is spread all over the world and is a normal thing to have it on the city streets, but, apparently, not in Azerbaijan.

"According to the video it is obvious that the street singer has been to many countries and it’s a pity that he will not have the best memories about our country," "Minval.az" writes.

The article notes that this is not the first such case. Thus, this summer, a similar incident occurred with street Indians-musicians, who were also forbidden to trade souvenirs and to sing.
