Karabakh President discusses 2014 draft budget
Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan held an enlarged meeting on Monday to discuss the 2014 state budget.
NKR Minister of Finance and Economy Spartak Tevosyan delivered a report.
In his speech, President Sahakyan stressed that the state budget as always has to maintain its social orientation, paying special attention to development projects. He also highlighted the target usage of the budget means, noting that such an approach is one of the important means for ensuring sustainable economic growth.
National Assembly Speaker Ashot Ghoulyan, Prime Minister Ara Haroutyunyan, representatives of the legislative, executive and judicial bodies also attended the meeting, reported the Central Information Department at the Artsakh President’s Office.
