Today VivaCell-MTS hosted the second-phase winners of a special draw organized for the subscribers of Personal and City Talks postpaid tariff plans. The winners were invited to the VivaCell-MTS HQ to take their gifts. The gifts were presented by VivaCell-MTS General Manager Ralph Yirikian.

The draw was organized for the subscribers of Personal and City Talks tariff plans, who at the time of the draw had active Special Tariff account.

The winners’ selection was organized in front of video cameras on November 24 by using specially developed software, which is based on Microsoft. NET Random class selection on the system time. GSM numbers of the first-phase winners (20 in October) and with other than active statuses (Warn, Suspended) were excluded from the draw.
