Davutoglu: Turkey has always attached great importance to normalization of ties with Armenia
Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu says that Ankara is ready to take any action that would lead to the establishment of a steady peace in the South Caucasus, RIA Novosti reported, citing Haber Aktuel.
Davutoglu will arrive in Yerevan on December 12 to attend the BSEC Summit.
“We have always attached a great importance to normalization of our ties with Armenia,” Davutoglu said, adding that there is also a need to settle the disagreements between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
“Turkey is open to any proposal, approach and idea concerning this matter. We are ready to take any necessary action that would lead to the establishment of a steady peace and stability in the South Caucasus,” the Turkish FM said.
