President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan issued a congratulatory address on the occasion of the Day of the National Security Service Worker.

The address reads:

“Dear workers of National Security Service,

National Security Service is an integral part of our republic’s national security system, which also ensures the safety, sovereignty, constitutional order of individuals, the society and state, the protection of the citizens’ rights and freedom. It is a daily intensive, fundamental and persistent work that requires high professionalism and true devotion to the Fatherland and the native people. That is why issues faced by the system are constantly in the spotlight of the authorities, which do their best for the improvement of your working and social conditions.

I congratulate all of you once again on the Day of the National Security Service Worker and wish peace, robust health, happiness and all the best to you and your families.”
