Russia's PM Medvedev issues congratulations to Tigran Sargsyan
Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev extended Season’s congratulations to Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan. The message reads as follows:

The outgoing year was especially effective in terms of developing Armenian-Russian strategic partnership.
