Zhoghovurd: Pashinyan, Bagratyan begin to attend ANC faction meetings
The parliamentary faction of the Armenian National Congress (ANC) is ending the year with one important achievement: it is united again, Zhoghovurd newspaper writes. According to the newspaper, ANC MPs Nikol Pashinyan and Hrant Bagratyan, who had severed ties with the faction due to disagreements, have begun to attend the faction meetings and cooperate with their fellow partisans.
The ANC faction held its end-of-year meeting yesterday. Seven ANC MPs signed and put into circulation the bill on making amendments and addenda to the Law on Emergency Situation proposing to exclude the involvement of the Armed Forces in emergency situations.
