Haykakan Zhamanak: Criminal case opened against Nature Protection Ministry
Speaking to Haykakan Zhamanak’s correspondent, advisor to Armenian Prosecutor General, Christine Melkonyan, confirmed that problems arose at the Nature Protection Ministry. “A criminal case has been opened, but I can give no details due to the secrecy of investigation.”
According to the press service of Prosecutor General’s Office, the criminal case was opened under Article 291 of the Criminal Code. The Prosecutor General’s Office declined to say whether Minister Aram Harutyunyan is involved in the case.
