Hraparak: Azg newspaper accumulates big debts
Editor-in-chief of Azg newspaper Hakob Avetikyan has said that the newspaper has not been closed down, but will not be published for some time.
“We have big debts to the editorial office, that’s why the newspaper is not being published. On January 21, it will become clear whether the newspaper will continue to be published. We hope we will be able to pay off the debt by that time,” Avetikyan said.
According to Hraparak daily, Chairman of the Union of Armenians of Russia Ara Abrahamyan is a co-owner of Azg. He has in fact stopped financing the newspaper, Hraparak adds.
