Azerbaijan tries to deny the undeniable
The press service of Azerbaijan’s Defense Ministry issued a statement trying to deny the fact of Azeri subversion in the direction of NKR Defense Army’s military positions.
NKR Defense Army spokesman Senor Hasratyan has said in response that the Defense Army has already issued a statement on the matter and at this moment does not consider it expedient to respond to the Azeri Defense Ministry’s statement.
Armenian Defense Ministry spokesman Artsrun Hovhannisyan told Panorama.am that while retreating, the Azeri subversive units left behind maps, arms and military equipment.
Unofficial reports put the number of deaths on the Azeri side at 3-4 and say that there were also injured, but the Armenian side allowed Azerbaijanis to take the killed and injured from the neutral zone.
