Haykakan Zhamanak: Shant Harutyunyan continues treatment at Convicts’ Hospital
The health condition of Tseghakron party leader Shant Harutyunyan arrested following the November 5 clashes between protesters and security forces is normal and he continues his treatment at Convicts’ Hospital penal institution. Harutyunyan’s defense lawyer, Inesa Petrosyan, said this to Haykakan Zhamanak newspaper.
The lawyer also said that on Thursday the Criminal Court of Appeal will hear her petition against the court decision to extend the custody of Shant Harutyunyan by another two months which was announced on December 28, 2013.
