Seyran Ohanyan: Frontier situation is under control
The situation on Armenia-Azerbaijan and Artsakh-Azerbaijan frontiers is under control. The people should not be worried as our soldiers properly perform their tasks, Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan told the cabinet meeting on Thursday.
“There is some tension on the Azeri side, and there is some panic as they fear that we will respond to their provocation,” Ohanyan said.
At the same time, the Minister said that the Armenian side does not respond to irregular shots.
“We only respond to targeted and sniper shots,” he stressed.
