Throughout yesterday and last night, Azerbaijan fired at the villages of Movses, Aygepar, Nerkin Karmir Aghbyur and Chinari in Armenian Tavush province.
Residential houses and roads were the targets of the enemy. A 19-year-old girl was injured by the enemy fire.
The head of Aygepar village, Andranik Aydinyan, told Panorama.am that the enemy’s bullet targeting the girl’s house hit her when she was in the house.
“Liana was wounded in her leg. She was rushed to hospital in Berd where she underwent a successful surgery,” Aydinyan said.
The enemy kept firing until 4:00 am, he added.
