Armenian Ambassador to China Armen Sargsyan does not yield to his brother, Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan, in respect of wealth. According to his income declaration, he accumulated his fortune in drams, dollars, euros and yuans, Zhoghovurd writes.
Armen Sargsyan has 15 million drams, 85,000 dollars, 7,000 euros and 20,000 yuans (about 1.4 million drams) in his bank account. In his declaration, he also indicated 3 real properties and an Acura car worth 10 million drams. He accumulated all this with an annual salary of 31.7 thousand dollars and a pension of 1.5 million drams.
“Armen Sargsyan did not mention his brother Tigran Sargsyan in part A2 of the declaration concerning blood relationship with senior officials. Tigran Sargsyan did not say either that his brother is the Ambassador of Armenia to China,” the newspaper notes.
