Karabakh conflict will remain unresolved – expert
The Nagorno-Karabakh conflict will remain unresolved. Such conflicts are not resolved within two years, but last for generations, director of the Caucasus Institute, political scientist Alexander Iskandaryan told a press conference on Friday.
Speaking of regional developments, the expert said that the border incidents are not accidental and that the death of junior sergeant Armen Hovhannisyan is not the first such case.
According to Iskandaryan, there is only one scenario for a war between Karabakh and Azerbaijan and the violation of balance will be the cause of the war.
