Iskandaryan: Turkey’s policy of ‘zero problems with neighbors’ has failed
Ankara’s policy of ‘zero problems with neighbors’ has failed, director of the Caucasus Institute, political scientist Alexander Iskandaryan told reporters in Yerevan.
“It is merely a slogan which should not be understood literally, but it implies that Ankara was planning to play a significant role in the Arab countries, the Balkan region, the Middle East and the Caucasus,” the expert said.
“The policy of ‘zero problems with neighbors’ transformed into ‘zero neighbors without problems,’” he concluded.
