Karabakh President awards medals to civil workers
Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan signed award decrees on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of NKR Civil Service Council.
For the contribution in the establishment and development of the Civil Council’s system in the republic, the Gratitude Medal was awarded to Boris Aroushanyan, head of NKR Civil Service Council, and Manvel Badalyan, head of Civil Service Council of Armenia. The Mkhitar Gosh Medal was awarded to Valery Atajanyan, member of NKR Civil Service Council, and Srbouhi Arzoumanyan, head of NKR Central Electoral Commission, member of NKR Civil Service Council in 2004-2008.
For the proper realization of service duties, the President also signed an order to present valuable gifts to a group of NKR Civil Service Council employees, the press service of Artsakh Republic President reports.
