The address runs as follows:
“Dear members of Yerkrapah Volunteer Union,
Respected participants of the congress,
I cordially welcome and congratulate all of you on the Union’s jubilee 10th congress.
Yerkrapah Volunteer Union was established during the Artsakh liberation struggle and since the very first day stood in the defense of the Fatherland. Each of you had a substantial contribution in ensuring the victorious end of the war imposed upon us by the enemy.
The golden pages of our modern history are written by the sacred blood of deserved sons of the Armenian nation. Their feat and heroism will be subject of pride for many generations to come. Eternal glory and honor to the Fatherland’s devotees!
It can be said that the Yerkrapah volunteers have had an inestimable role in carving our independence and forming the Armenian army. Today the members of the organization continue to take an active part in strengthening the Fatherland, fostering prosperity of the native people, as well as in patriotic-military upbringing of the youth, carrying this hard and patriotic mission with dignity.
Dear friends,
I wish peace, robust health and all the best to the members of Yerkrapah Volunteer Union, successful and efficient work to the participants of the congress.”
