No ceasefire violations registered during OSCE monitoring
On February 18, in accordance with the agreement reached with the authorities of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, the OSCE Mission conducted a planned monitoring of the Line of Contact between the armed forces of Nagorno-Karabakh and Azerbaijan in the Martakert-Terter road section.
From the positions of the NKR Defense Army, the monitoring was conducted by Field Assistants of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Yevgeny Sharov (Ukraine) and Hristo Hristov (Bulgaria), as well as by staff member of the Office Peter Svedberg.
From the opposite side, the monitoring was conducted by Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk and his Field Assistants Irzhi Aberle (Czech Republic) and William Pryor (Great Britain).
The monitoring passed in accordance with the agreed schedule. No violation of the ceasefire regime was registered.
From the Karabakh side, the monitoring mission was accompanied by representatives of the NKR Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Defense, the pres service of NKR Foreign Ministry reports.
