Stephen Pound: Karabakh issue should be raised in British Parliament again and again
The works of the OSCE Minsk Group are going on slowly and the British Government should do much more in this issue, member of the House of Commons Stephen Pound said while visiting Tsitsernakaberd Genocide Memorial in Yerevan.
On February 18, as part of their visit to Armenia, John Whittingdale, Head of the British Group of the Inter-Parliamentary Union and the members of the Group, Deputy Speakers of the House of Lords Baroness Gloria Hooper, Lord Richard Faulkner, members of the House of Commons Stephen Pound and Mike Gapes visited Tsitsernakaberd Genocide Memorial.
Stephen Pound stressed that the Nagorno-Karabakh issue should be raised in the British Parliament again and again. He added that he delivered a report on the Nagorno-Karabakh issue in the House of Commons in early February, the press service of Armenian National Assembly reports.
