168 Hours: ARFD, PAP once supported pension reform
Discussions on the pension reform started as long ago as when Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) and ARF Dashnaktsutyun were part of the coalition government, with their ministers responsible for the social sector, 168 Hours writes.
The newspaper notes that when the Republican Party of Armenia, ARF Dashnaktsutyun and Prosperous Armenia Party reached an agreement on the introduction of the compulsory accumulative pension system, ARFD and PAP agreed to 10 (not 5) percent payments to pension funds.
