Karabakh President meets with slain soldier’s parents
On February 21, President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan met with Levon and Marina Hovhannisyan, parents of NKR Defense Army junior sergeant Armen Hovhannisyan who died heroically defending his homeland.
The President said that the loss of Armen Hovhannisyan and all the sons of the Armenian people who perished for the Motherland's defense is irretrievable, underlining at the same time that heroism and devotion shown for the sake of the Fatherland's freedom and independence are among the most substantial foundations of our nation's vitality.
Artsakh Republic Defense Minister Movses Hakobyan was present at the meeting, the press service of Artsakh Republic President reports.
