RPA: Government’s resignation not on agenda
The issue of government’s resignation is not on the agenda of Republican Party of Armenia (RPA), Edward Sharmazanov, a spokesman for the party, told Panorama.am responding to the question of whether the RPA Executive Body meeting has discussed the intention of the non-coalition parliamentary factions to hold a vote of no confidence in the government and whether in that context RPA is discussing change of the government.
According to Sharmazanov, Armenia’s President gave a detailed analysis of the economic policy of Armenian authorities in his speech at the Yerkrapah Volunteer Union congress on Saturday, so there is nothing to add to it.
The spokesman added that the last meeting of the party’s Executive Body addressed intra-party and domestic political issues.
