First Pan-Armenian Winter Games to be held in Tsakhkadzor
The first Pan-Armenian Winter Games will be held from February 24 to March 2 in Yerevan and Tsakhkadzor. Athletes will compete in skiing, Alpine skiing, snowboard and ice hockey. A delegation of Yerevan Municipality will take an active part in the Games, the press service of Municipality reports.
The Municipality has set up an organization committee, headed by Mayor Taron Margaryan, to create proper conditions for the trainings of sports teams of Yerevan.
Sports delegations from 17 Armenian-populated cities are expected to arrive in Armenia for the participation in the Pan-Armenian Winter Games.
