ICG notes decrease of tension on frontline in Karabakh conflict region
In February, the clashes at the contact line of the Armenian-Azerbaijani troops continued, but with less intensity, the new report of the International Crisis Group (ICG) reads. The report is available on the organization's website.
There were reports of casualties on both sides, the document reads.
“Earlier this month the OSCE Minsk Group reported on the progress in the negotiations," the ICG said.
In the previous report published in early February, the ICG stated serious escalation at the contact line.
