Armenian PM pays tribute to Vazgen Sargsyan’s memory
All-Armenian Commander, Armenia and Artsakh National Hero Vazgen Sargsyan’s 55th birthday anniversary is marked this March 5. To mark the Commander’s birthday, Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan visited Yerablur military cemetery of the Ministry of Defense, laid flowers at the Commander’s grave and freedom fighters’ memorials.
The PM was accompanied by Minister of Defense Seyran Ohanyan, Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan, President of Yerkrapah Volunteer Union Manvel Grigoryan and other dignitaries.
The head of government next attended a grassroots military oath-taking ceremony dedicated to Vazgen Sargsyan’s 55th birthday, after which he watched a military parade organized by YVU Yerevan and regional units, the press service of government reported.
