ICRC representatives have not met with captive Arsen Khojoyan yet
Representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) have not yet met with Armenian citizen Arsen Khojoyan who is being held in captivity in Azerbaijan, Zara Amatuni, head of communication programs of the ICRC Yerevan Office, told Panorama.am.
Arsen Khojoyan, 23, resident of Verin Karmiraghbyur village in Armenia’s Tavush province, crossed into Azerbaijan on March 7. According to preliminary information, he lost his way in a thick fog.
The ICRC continues the negotiations with the Azeri authorities in order to meet with the Armenian captive, Mrs Amatuni added.
