James Warlick: Consultations in Moscow on Nagorno-Karabakh were valuable
“Consultations in Moscow on Nagorno-Karabakh were valuable. The US, Russia, and France will work together to support efforts for peace,” U.S. Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk Group James Warlick wrote on Twitter.
In an earlier message, he wrote, “Today, I had the privilege of meeting Russian diplomat V. Kazimirov whose efforts to bring peace in Karabakh will be long remembered.”
Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian met with Co-Chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group, Ambassadors Igor Popov of the Russian Federation, Jacques Faure of France and James Warlick of the United States of America as well as Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk on March 11 in Moscow. Possible ways to advance the Karabakh peace process were discussed. The Co-Chairs presented their impressions of the meeting with Azeri Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov, which took place yesterday in Paris.
