Former ANC member says only two non-coalition factions will continue cooperation
Only two of the four non-coalition parliamentary factions will continue cooperation, former member of Armenian National Congress (ANC) Gurgen Yeghiazaryan says.
Prosperous Armenia Party, Armenian National Congress, ARFD and Heritage are holding political consultations as part of the proposal made by Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) leader Gagik Tsarukyan at the PAP Congress last month for a roadmap for forming a joint political and economic agenda.
“Only two forces will continue cooperation as the other two parties are working with the authorities,” Yeghiazaryan told reporters without naming these two parties.
Former MP, RPA member Lernik Alexanyan said for his part that the current political consultations are positive.
“These meetings will make it clear who are real oppositionists and will contribute to the rehabilitation of the political field,” he noted.
