President attends opening of Justice Academy
Today Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan attended the opening of the Justice Academy of Armenia, the presidential press service reported.
The President toured the newly constructed building and spoke to responsible officials and students.
The Justice Academy was founded by the decision of the Armenian government. Armenia is the founder of the academy, while the Justice Ministry is the authorized state body acting on behalf of the founder.
The academy’s aims are to expand the professional knowledge of the individuals who are on the list of candidates for judges and prosecutors; to improve the professional knowledge of judicial workers; to implement joint educational programs.
