Tigran Sargsyan calls on ‘I am against’ movement to begin dialogue
Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan has called on representatives of ‘I am against compulsory accumulative pension system’ civil movement to begin a dialogue.
Addressing the cabinet meeting, the Prime Minister said that a civil society is forming in Armenia and that it dictates its rules.
“This means that the government should correct its activities. Our most important objective is to contribute to the establishment of civil society,” the Prime Minister said, noting that the government has received many letters from young people who expressed their concerns about the pension reform.
“We are prepared for a dialogue as the position “everything or nothing” is unacceptable both to us and representatives of civil society,” Tigran Sargsyan stressed.
