Zhoghovurd: Public Council waiting for government’s answer on fate of Zvartnots airport’s round building
Head of Armenia’s Public Council Vazgen Manukyan told Zhoghovurd daily’s correspondent that they are still waiting for the government decision on whether the old (round) building of Zvartnots airport will be demolished. He noted that the Public Council has requested the government not to demolish the airport.
Public Council members, led by Vazgen Manukyan, have recently met with Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan and reached an agreement to wait until the concessioner gives its answer about the fate of the airport.
