Hovannisian says meeting of non-coalition forces’ leaders will enable to overcome disagreements
A meeting of leaders of the four non-coalition parliamentary factions enabling to overcome the existing disagreements and clarify cooperation format has not taken place so far, leader of Heritage party Raffi Hovannisian told reporters, adding that a public meeting of the faction heads should be held as soon as possible.
When asked why his recent meeting with Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) leader Gagik Tsarukyan was held in secret conditions, Mr Hovannisian said that at the meeting with the PAP leader he expressed the same view which he expressed publicly.
“I cannot comment on Gagik Tsarukyan’s position on his behalf. Certain disagreements were voiced during the meeting, but there were also many common opinions. The sides reached an agreement to continue the consultations,” the Heritage leader said.
