Ukraine issues note to Armenia
The recognition of the Crimea referendum by Armenia will have a negative impact on Armenian-Ukrainian relations, Ukrainian Deputy Foreign Minister Daniil Lubkivskiy has told reporters, according to Unian news agency.
According to him, the Armenian Ambassador to Ukraine was summoned to the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry and was handed over a note.
“We addressed Armenia for it to announce officially and publicly that it does not recognize Crimea’s annexation. If we assess that position as unfriendly, this will have negative consequences for bilateral relations,” Mr Lubkivskiy noted.
