Defense Ministry: Azeri forces fire at Armenian civilians
As farming work begins, Armenian frontline units become particularly alert in taking preventive actions against Azeri forces opening fire at Armenian civilians working in fields in border areas, spokesman for Armenian Defense Ministry Artsrun Hovhannisyan told Panorama.am.
According to the spokesman, the Co-Chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group are being regularly informed about the enemy’s activity, but despite numerous appeals, Azerbaijan keeps firing at peaceful civilians.
“Armenian frontline units do everything possible to ensure security of civilian population,” Hovhannisyan concluded.
