Armenian MP: We will do everything possible to support our compatriots in Syria
The international community should condemn the recent events in the Armenian-populated town of Kessab, MP from Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) Samvel Farmanyan said in an interview with Surya TV.
“Armenia’s diplomatic representations have been instructed to raise the issue at international structures, first of all at the UN,” the MP noted.
“The entire Armenian nation is praying for the friendly Syrian people to regain peace as soon as possible. As a nation spread all over the world, we cannot stay indifferent to our compatriots’ fate. We will do everything possible to support our compatriots,” he concluded.
