OSCE Mission to monitor Line of Contact in Hadrut direction
On April 2, in accordance with the agreement reached with the authorities of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, the OSCE Mission will conduct a planned monitoring of the Line of Contact between the armed forces of Nagorno-Karabakh and Azerbaijan in the Hadrut direction, near Horadiz settlement.
From the positions of the NKR Defense Army, the monitoring will be conducted by Field Assistants of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Hristo Hristov (Bulgaria), Irzhi Aberle (Czech Republic) and staff member of the Office Peter Svedberg.
From the opposite side of the Line of Contact, the monitoring will be conducted by Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk and his Field Assistant Yevgeny Sharov (Ukraine).
The NKR authorities have expressed their readiness to assist in conducting the monitoring and to ensure the security of the OSCE Mission members, the press service of NKR Foreign Ministry reported.
