Prime Minister proposes preparing draft law to suspend calculation of fines
Armenian Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan has instructed the concerned state bodies in a short time to prepare a draft law to suspend the calculation of fines envisaged by the Constitutional Court’s April 2 decision about the Law on Accumulative Pensions.
According to the government’s press service, Mr Abrahamyan issued the instruction during a consultation meeting following the cabinet meeting on Thursday. The government intends to submit the draft law to the National Assembly during the four-day session which starts on April 28.
