No disagreement in RPA – Baghdasaryan
There was no disagreement inside the Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) over the candidacy of Vahram Baghdasaryan for head of the RPA faction, Baghdasaryan told reporters following the faction meeting, denying media reports that not all members of the party voted for him.
He stressed that he was elected unanimously and he does not know if someone else aspired to the position, but there were no other nominations.
When asked if he will continue the activities of former head of the faction Galust Sahakyan, Baghdasaryan said, “The head of the faction should care about the faction’s ambitions and set the aim of strengthening the faction.”
