Armenian PM: Karabakh conflict must be resolved on the basis of three principles
Armenian Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan has commented on the U.S. Co-Chair James Warlick's U.S. policy statement titled, "Nagorno-Karabakh: The Keys to a Settlement."
“In any case, it is his personal viewpoint. I am against the proposals of ceding territories,” Mr Abrahamyan told reporters at Victory Park on Friday.
Armenia’s PM stressed that the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict must be resolved on the basis of three principles: territorial integrity, right of nations to self-determination and non-use of force.
